No, this is for higher professionals in the industry. If you can foster this type of change in your studio, THEN MAKE IT HAPPEN!

If your studio can’t assist intl or mixed status talent domestically then your diversity and representation mantras don’t mean anything. You can’t champion inclusivity in media if you shut out good artists just because of papers. Make the effort, or take down your AAPI posts.
