palestinian residents of the sheikh jarrah neighborhood are being brutalized, forcefully kicked out of their homes, and then arrested by israeli soldiers. the government of the illegal colonial state known as israel continues to ethnically cleanse our holy land+
after proposing a deal under which the homes of palestinians become property of the colony's government after the death of the owner. the palestinian side refused a deal that would inevitably lead to that brutalization and displacement of their families in the future and+
israel called this a green light to beat the people of palestine and kick them out of their homes. this happened in the first nakba and it's happening again now. armed israeli settlers are spread around sheikh jarrah.
