1. Marxist propaganda works by promising people "equality" and building a narrative around an "oppressor" group which is blamed for the lack of it

The goal of this propaganda is not to achieve equality, it's to get the population to attack the oppressor in the narrative

The goal of the globalists was to get societies to self decapitate themselves so that they may then slot themselves at the top as the new ruling class

Since they are now the ruling class their goal is no longer to attack the ruling class but to attack the population itself which might rebel against them

The oppressor narrative is no longer built around the elites it's just built around regular White people

That's what "critical race theory" is it's simply updated marxist propaganda with White people as the new target

5. As explained, it doesn't make any sense for the globalists to keep inciting social hatred against the ruling class or the rich because they are now the ruling class

The people they need to attack now are the populations of the countries they are occupying

Now the narrative is built around oppression coming from White people (racism, white privilege, white supremacy, etc)
