People Are Lazy

Mentoring people makes you realize people are lazy. They'll do anything to stand in their own way.
You give a list of things to complete.

They'll do the easiest task.

Then skip the hard work.
Sure it's ok to do the easy items first.

But don't leave out the hard stuff.

The hard tasks give the biggest rewards.
You know what you need to do.

You just don't wanna do it.

There's no reason to set goals unless you're serious about hitting them.
This is why strong accountability partners are important.

They hold your feet to the fire.

Most friends and family are too soft to hold you accountable.

They'll let you slide.

Because they care about your feelings.
I have news for you.

You need brutal honesty.

Forget your feelings.

It's embarrassing to miss hitting your goals with someone who will ask you why.
This is why people recommend charging a lot of money for courses.

Determined people will pay a fortune to solve their problems.

These are the people who can be held accountable.
The ones who aren't determined will request a refund.

Because it got too hard.
Take action.

Don't request a refund.

You need change.

Start by holding yourself accountable.

Then kill those goals.
