things to help you take care of your teeth with depression and neurodivergence in mind: a thread !
the biggest thing that helps me (a person with both depression and adhd) is listening to music while brushing / flossing etc. listening on spotify or soundcloud rather than watching a music video usually makes you get done faster bc you& #39;re not trying to look at the video too
finding just the right songs for this can make or break my oral hygiene for the day so be sure to find ones that work for u! also if you need you can find lots of songs for free on spotify if you can& #39;t find them immediately anywhere else

having fun toothbrushes and toothpaste / mouthwash / floss that you like the taste and packaging of can help a lot with motivation too! i use bamboo toothbrushes without any plastic involved which i think is super cool, here& #39;s the link to them (though buying from the seller& #39;s-
