A testimony thread about how one door closed and God created a new door for me.

Fall 2020 was my set graduation date but I caught COVID-19 during that semester and had to drop a class which ultimately led me to lose my job opportunity after graduation.
I felt like I was down and out like I started getting depressed and just found myself losing faith because itâs like why continue to try if Iâm getting knocked back down.
God said âI have a bigger plan in mind for you, just follow my lead and be patientâ.
In the beginning of 2021, this recruiter called me and asked if I was interested in applying for a job in Software development and in my mind I was like âumm yâall know my degrees in Communications and Political Scienceâ so I still applied.
A week later, i got an email telling me to take a aptitude test and Iâm like âthere was a reason I chose Communications cause ion like mathâ but took that and passed!
The week after I passed, they wanted to interview with me and did the interview and it went pretty good.
So, the day I left home to start another dreadful semester of undergrad, i got a phone call and it was the recruiter telling me that the company wanted to offer me a full-time position!
It was paying WAYYY more than what the job i originally had in the Fall was paying and it was in an area that wasnât too unfamiliar to me (Dallas, TX).
God really found a way to show me the value of patience and trusting the process.
Iâm saying all this to say, donât lose faith in him because things are going your way right now.
It wonât always go your way but when one door closes, God doesnât just open a new door, he creates the door you should open and personalizes it JUST FOR YOU!
