Give 16 year olds the vote across UK, in all elections. It’s their future. They can marry, enlist in the army, work full time but not vote.

Always fascinated by the ‘16 year olds aren’t interested in politics’ arguments when... turnouts of those of us permitted to vote can sometimes be as low as 35-40 percent.
Not so much anymore due to lockdown but I used to give a lot of talks to schools and always impressed by the political engagement of the students. Did some talks after the Brexit vote to years 11/12 and they had so many opinions. But couldn’t vote.
