Since this issue goes beyond any specific celebrity, a general note: saying "people who menstruate" or "people with uteruses" or "people who give birth" is not about trans women. It's about trans men, nonbinary, and intersex people who need to be included in health discussions.
Specifically using these words instead of "women" also includes underage people who should not be described as adults for their *own* safety.
Using these words instead of "mothers" also includes surrogates and people planning to hand a baby off to an adoptive family, who often don't want to be described as mothers for a variety of reasons.
The point is to make sure that EVERYONE who menstruates, has a uterus, or has or is planning to give birth can be included in important discussions about health and medical issues and that they know the information is pertinent to them from a medical perspective.
