The only way out is to go No Contact and break the addiction in your own brain.

IGNORE HIM. Let's the Feds investigate his crimes. The rest of us need to get on with our work, activism, advocacy, lives.
Also, let me give you a personal example: when I left an abusive relationship with a narcissist, the defining moment of the end of the relationship started a cycle where I bled for three months straight. It took medical and TCM herbal intervention to stop it. Why?
Because my hormone production (which is the same HPA axis) was so fucked from chronic trauma that the overproduction of stress-based hormones caused me to bleed non-stop.

So if you think your addictive cycles to a narcissist don't have real health implications, think again.
And for fuck's sake, let these motherfuckers GO.
Also, I'll just add, this is one reason why deplatforming the former guy was so effective at cutting down disinformation.

People share the thing that gives them the addictive dopamine hit.

Cut out the drug, you cut the cycle.

It's a social media form of intervetion.
