Our project was titled “Teaching African peace and conflict through European eyes?” and aimed to assess the #diversity and inclusiveness of university curricula in #Europe by appraising teaching on peace and conflict in #Africa across universities in 🇬🇧, 🇫🇷 and 🇳🇴. 2/
In short, we found that the lack of #transparency on #university syllabi poses a significant barrier to any assessment of change in teaching practices over the last six years since the 2015 #Rhodesmustfall debate. 3/
While the study is based on a *very* small sample of universities and courses, our findings will hopefully provide valuable insights that can be used in future research on diversity in #academia. 4/
