You can’t rush the end of a pandemic. Viruses can’t be reasoned with nor negotiated with.

The pandemic will not end until the conditions required to end the spread of the virus are created. & since the CDC doesn’t care about the health of the general public, it’s not happening.

Those desiring “normal” are prioritizing their discomfort & inconvenience over the lives of the most vulnerable, which demonstrates that the norm that they desire is getting back to normal ignoring death counts so they can go to brunch.

There are immunocompromised people who can’t get the COVID-19 vaccine. So their lives are very much still in danger.

& people who get vaccinated & act like it’s a magic medicine that prevents the spread of COVID-19 are as bad if not worse than anti-vaxxers.
