Since buying land back home - I have learned a few things that are essential. For anyone who’s interested in buying land back home - I hope these tips help you https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🙏🏾" title="Gefaltete Hände (durchschnittlich dunkler Hautton)" aria-label="Emoji: Gefaltete Hände (durchschnittlich dunkler Hautton)">
1. The pandemic has limited travels, it’s essential you have someone you trust thats on the ground.

Make sure they have great communication, they’re good with numbers (as they will be handling money, it’s essential they can add things up and spot where costs are not adding up)
2. Negotiation is key.

You need someone that knows how to negotiate and will be able to bargain that benefits you (the buyer) and also the seller.

I was lucky enough to have someone on the ground that I trust to negotiate and handle everything on my behalf.
3. Make sure you collect EVERYTHING in writing.

None of this WhatsApp thing.
Everything should be handwritten (as it can still be used for legal matters if worse comes to worse)
or make sure there is a contract in place.

It’s 2021, we don’t have time for scamming anymore
4. Make sure your happy with the land & location.

Whether you’re investing in the land for personal use or business use.
You want to be able to have some sort of information about the location, this allows you to make better judgement as to whether this is a good investment.
5. Invest when you’re ready, don’t let anyone pressure you - everything falls into place at the right time.

This is something I’ve been wanting to do for years. I just thank God the opportunity came at a time I could properly invest into it.

But yeah, no rush! https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="❤️" title="Rotes Herz" aria-label="Emoji: Rotes Herz">
