When all of Delhi was looking for concentrators around the 20th of April

You manage to import concentrators from China, and circulate a whatsapp message asking people to prebook and deposit money into the company's account via NEFT etc.
Mind you haven't taken anything from the govt's supply,
you created one on your own and you don't run an NGO

And you sell the concentrators ahead to those who pre-booked with you at one half of the price for what they were being sold for in Gurgaon. Similarly other businessmen have imported other concentrators, which are freely available for purchase

How is this hoarding? It is his private property that he has brought in from China and not offering free because he must have put in money. Are ambulances and medicines free at the chemist?
Or has he hijacked the government's supply of concentrators?

Stock was stored at a premises he owns. There is no way he has imported without paying the custom duty as large consignments such as these and during these times can't be smuggled. Plus since it is China, money paid out of company accounts

And money taken into company's accounts.
Many families received a concentrator from him and his first lot was sold out.
The key word is his stock - not the govt's.

So how is it hoarding? Hoarding is when you take the stock out from supplies which were meant for the government.
This shipment clearly wasn't. Same concentrator was going for 1.5L in gurgaon, so people rushed to him.

I also wonder how these dolts on twitter who claim to be khan market this or khan market that and these are going apeshit at him owning dayal opticals or 30% of khan market. Some journos are pretending here, but must have themselves purchased concentrators from him

Unless there is an express notification that the government has stopped sales of concentrators by private players, he is pretty much safe in a court of law for at least the concentrator bit, not the cylinder one.

If a businessman can arrange concentrators. how come the government could not do it?
And there are endless concentrator importers now in Delhi with ready stock that landed on the 4th of May

And selling for much higher prices than this guy. Importers will know he was selling for a minimum margin.
He can be caught on medical equipment license use issues, property use issues, but hoarding? I think not.
Unless these concentrators were meant for let's RML or LNJP

or stolen from the govt. Easy to piss on the super rich, thus they eventually leave. Anyway, if you would have imported the concentrators unless you are a sikh NGO with a large heart and guru's hukum, would you distribute them for free? Or would you at least wish to recover your

money, duties, and taxes paid to get the consignment in?

as standard fees for a school admission with respect to this businessman's circle. Peanuts for them. And countless families received their concentrator when the govt. failed them both the centre and the state.

Sure enough there are multiple legal issues involved for which he will pay through his nose since the media is now involved, but to say he was hoarding concentrators ( not cylinders) is debatable

Also, if he were to give them for free, they would have been sold ahead for 2x the price. Just how human beings are.

What about the cases that recovered at home due to his supply of concentrator and didn't have to go to a hospital to overburden the system and possible go to the cremation ground due to lack of resources?
