In his commentry to SB 2.1.37.
He very clearly mentioned that "ब्राह्मण्यं न जाति:" Which means "Brahman-ness is NOT Jati".
He stated that brahminhood is Devta-Vishesh,Those Devtas manifesting in whichever bodies will be considered Brahmans.

Further PustiMarga of Vallabhacharya is well open for people of all caste ,creed &gender. And person of any birth caste can become Vaishnavacharya himself. And there is no Question of entry of Sudra, ofc!
