1. Remember, you're earning for your well-being. Don't stress yourself with work. It can wait, your health is the priority.
2. Take a two-minute walk after 40-45 minutes.
3. Stretch your hands to your left and right for one minute.
4. Keep a water bottle near your workspace and sip after every 7-10 minutes.
5. Ask 'Why' and 'how' questions to yourself.
6. Plan your next day before you sleep.
7. It's okay to call your colleagues for help instead of an "I have it under control" attitude.
8. Maintain a backup of your notes.
9. Keep your mailbox arranged. Make labels. I have made labels for newsletters (for each), shopping, social media, work emails, and other stuff.
10. If you're busy, don't mute the call you're receiving. Drop a message that you're unavailable.
