these are the facts on the ground: Israel exists and it won’t just stop existing because you want it to. The only way countries stop existing is through war. As it stands, that’s not a war Palestinians can win, and it’s a war that Israel has won multiple times already (3/?)

There’s also the matter that war will only make things worse for everyone. There will be massive death on both sides and more likely than not it’ll just end with some new version of the status quo; with armistice lines and occupation and missiles and death (4/?)

I’ve heard ppl say “even with the Abraham accords Palestine had Iran on its side and Iran has nukes” which dumb because 1: so does Israel so now ur talking mutually assured destruction and 2: the whole thing is the size of New Jersey, if one gets nuked so does the other (5/?)

Israel would also never nuke Palestine because 1) that would be like NJ nuking NYC and that would be dumb, 2) there’s holy sites and stuff there and 3) Hashem would be PISSED because that’s killing a fuck ton of innocents (6/?)

let’s say something weird happens and Palestinians have a successful revolution and try to establish a democratic state. 1)Hamas is into sharia law so good luck, and 2) now u have this massive Jewish population that doesn’t feel safe anymore being forced out of their homes (7/?)

in this far fetched hypothetical, you have a new refugee crisis, but now it’s Jews. If there’s one thing we know about this world it’s that they only care about Jews when their weak. So congratulations! You’ve victimized the Jews just enough for the world to give a shit. (8/?)

So what’s next? Sanctions from every western govt probably. Economic turmoil. Then probably some violence and maybe a civil war, lots of Jews either massacred or homeless, literally nobody wins (9/?)

the more realistic outcome of another intifada or a full fledged war? More death on both sides, more antisemitism masking as antizionism and more anti-Palestinian sentiment masking as counter-terrorist efforts (10/?)

Then, either a) people get tired of fighting and things mellow down or b) in the event of war, Israel wins and ends up with territorial gains into more of the West Bank, more Palestinians are displaced, more settlements, basically the status quo but on crack (11/?)

The way I see it, the IP conflict has three potential outcomes

1) one state solution where it’s all Israel (bad!)
2) two state solution (optimal)
3) some kind of federation situation but this is definitely the least likely
