Until Labour gets a decent comms strategy in place, it doesn't matter who the leader is, they're not going to win elections

Keir Starmer on @BBCr4today this week. Spent half the interview voicing support for the opposition, then got round to mentioning five aims and values near the end. Who's got time to sit through five?!

Whereas the Tories would get in the phrase about 'cleaning up the mess left by the last government' in at the start of every interview. Take back control. Levelling up... Which I can't stand - but this stuff sticks

Corbyn wouldn't even go on mainstream media and when he did, he came across as petulant and grumpy.

This country's full of brilliant comms people, just hire a fresh team and sort it out!
