Ever pushed a door that was meant to be pulled open?

Ever wobbled as you walked on to an escalator that was broken/not moving?

Ever looked back at your past enjoyment of reading Dawkins or Harris and felt nauseous?
Ever found yourself in powerful group that is admonishing a black women?

Or on a panel that has no people of colour?

Ever looked at your bookcase and seen no women authors?

Or that time in that meeting where you didn't flag that slightly-off comment?

Take that hot, shameful bristling feeling and turn it into self-development that impacts at a community level ie action to be better intrapersonally, interpersonally, and institutionally.
Remember:

colonialism makes you think it's not your fault or responsibility.

Patriarchy that it's a threat to your power & you're unccountable.

Neoliberalism that it's a game you should win.

Racism that the victims aren't victims/deserve it.

SoMe that you have to perform.
