@LiveCasinoMD It amazes me how you can publicly embarrass my boyfriend by bringing two cops and multiple staff over to the craps table to ask if he is a guy name Jeff. When he responds multiple times with no, you ask for his ID.

When he willingly hands his ID over and you realize that it’s NOT Jeff, you give back his ID and WALK AWAY. No apology. Nothing. You have about a million cameras in your casino and it’s not like we had just gotten there. @LiveCasinoMD

But that’s not the point. The point is I (his girlfriend) had to go inquire with a pit boss about what happened and demanded to speak with the manager (not a floor manager). @LiveCasinoMD

He called someone only to be told to basically apologize. I’m not the one that needs the apology. Let me make it very clear to you.. I KNOW YOU WATCH THE NEWS. I know you’ve heard of the movement Black Lives Matter. @LiveCasinoMD

SHE SHOULD APOLOGIZE publicly. I am utterly DISGUSTED with your staff right now. Shame on you. A million cameras and we literally pull down our masks when we walk in for it to be picked up on camera. Yet, some white woman THINKS my boyfriend is someone he’s not, screws up,

and goes about her business. She should be reprimanded. Do you have D&I mandatory courses for your “management”?

Please feel free to share this thread w/ Live leadership. If they don’t believe what happened, they can check the cameras at the craps table around 10 PM. Luckily your reg staff at the table have a heart and had the same questions we all had— where’s the apology? @LiveCasinoMD

@LiveCasinoMD finally, if you BAN people from the casino, my recommendation is to do a better job with descriptions and actually check the cameras when we pull our masks down when we walk in. Do better.
