i made q pokemon story with my friend except it basically turned into a greek mythology pokemon au with a bunch of gods and goddesses and mythological characters being gym leaders when they really didn't need to,
heres some key points in one thread:

Hephaestus is the fire type gym leader
i made nike the fighting type g leader, though in hindsight that role might be better suited for Ares
my friend doesn't acknowledge the oc i made for this specific story named Adonis (as she usually does)

Adonis and Icarus cameo as gym leaders whoops
Icarus is a flying type gym leader bc i thought i'd be funny
Adonis is a fairy type
the big bad is Apollo (idk why) and Artemis is his little sister rather than his twin
not mythologically accurate but eh
