I don't want to rake them over the coals but

There are some very big industry figures and personalities on this board who are promoting themselves to advocate and unite the industry yet have publicly have done very little to do so.

I understand that as board members a significant number of these people are tied up into very busy high stress businesses that take priority however part of the boards leadership should be to delegate and seek help to those that can assist.

Part of the reason decision makers don't know or understand esports is because there isn't a united voice telling them what the industry is and wants and I was always under the impression that's what this association was meant to do and its so disappointing to see it not do that.

This is just my gripe and I do have some hope that this is the start of a more active and collaborative industry representation.
