i’ll keep this simple and all these tips are based on my own experience. to start off: when you want to eat, it’s either you’re hungry or you’re bored
— if you’re hungry, here are tips on what to eat:
1. eat high protein food
examples:
- tofu
- egg whites
- minced chicken

2. eat your safe food

3. eat in moderation

— if you’re bored, here some tips and what you can do:
1. make sure your room temperature is cold (around 18 degrees for me)
this works for me bc it tricks me from not eating and i just feel like snuggling under the blanket

2. drink 2L water a day & consistently throughout the day
3. workout — this keeps my mind preoccupied from eating
4. sleep at least 8 hrs a day
if you’re not sleeping enough you tend to get hungry more often throughout the day because you’ll need instant energy and u can get it from eating
