A few trends: Verbal harassment and name calling still make up the lion's share of incident reports, accounting for 65.2% of incidents. Reports of shunning and/or avoidance and physical assault are also common. (2/5)
Gender, language, and religion are increasingly cited as motivating factors for discriminatory behavior though race is still understood to be a factor in 91.2% of cases. (3/5)
64.8% of hate incidents were reported by women. In contrast, 29.8% were reported by men and 2.9% were reported by nonbinary individuals. (4/5)
