🦸‍♂️ I talked to @Heyblake, about his thoughts and what he learned/works about Being a CMO for the first time, and here's what I learned.

Here are 6 things, he told me:
1. I've never actually gotten to work at a company, where I actually used the website

Blake, Has never gotten a chance to properly use the website/service he's worked for in the past. He says, "I get to use http://copy.ai  to market, and do more"

A perfect duo for sure
2. I'm a little nervous

This is Blake's First time being the CMO of a company, In fact, he worked at
@/talkdesk before.

"There's sometimes I don't know what I'm doing" , "It's fun and it's rewarding"

It's a whole new idea, and concept. Aweasome work Blake!
3. There's no formula for me (yet)

Blake doesn't have a formula, for marketing http://copy.ai (at this time when we chatted). They're basically starting from scratch(sounds awesome).

"It's all from scratch, there's no formula"
3. Actually marketing

Since it's a fairly new idea, and business, every day is something different, there's multiple ideas/ways to market, and they're so many different ways.

From, if we have to make "Videos, or going on podcasts to promote the product". One of the ways.
4. Writing is a superpower

When it goes to marketing, It's mostly writing. As Blake mentions, it's mostly about writing, different things, it's basically (my words a superpower).

From, "Writing Memos, Writing Process, Documentation, emails, etc". It's basically all writing
5. Education

What's the most difficult part about marketing http://copy.ai ? With creating a whole new product. AI is a fairly new topic. With http://copy.ai  being a fairly new idea

"We have to make it, and teach people, that AI isn't scary"
6. Finding the right people

To build, ideas and products, when you found everything, you need to find a new team. Blake doesn't maintain, yet he said, You have to find the right people.

"It's all about finding the right people"
