I should add that, in my opinion, arguments for RGB vs. composite are hugely dependent on personal preference, console revision, and TV model, among other factors, so there doesn't have to be one correct answer here.

And it's interesting to see that even experienced designers were not inherently aware of how graphics looked on composite without first seeing for themselves.
