oh, I know! My useless supervisor neglecting to give me my self eval form that must be finished by today until I was leaving work *yesterday*, so now today at my visit school I have to find some time in my packed schedule to fill this out and send it back to her. How’s that fair?

or the fact that technically I’m an assistant teacher, but both my schools have decided to put ALL curriculum and lesson planning on my shoulders, and give me 0 help with that even when I ask for it for like 20 classes a week and my schedule gives me basically 0 time for this

or the fact that I may be experiencing either the onset of bipolar disorder, or a resurfacing of depression and anxiety, but because this is Japan mental health is a farce, and even if I could find an English speaking therapist I know my workplace wouldn’t take it seriously.
