Hey Spottie Hotties! With the weather warming up and more people being active, we wanted to share some skincare + exercise tips! 💪🏾

If you workout, do you do your full routine before or after your workout session?
Great! Most of you are doing your routine afterwards. That’s the correct way.

If you exercise in the morning and are exposed to UV rays, you want to simply rinse your face with water and apply sunscreen (using the 2 finger rule) and go workout, then do your full routine after!
If you’re exercising at night, just leave your day routine on or rinse it off with just water, then after your workout, proceed with your full nighttime routine. If your skin is hot and irritated from the workout, you may want to skip an exfoliant as it may worsen the irritation.
Now, another concern that has been known to be exacerbated by exercise is acne mechanica. This is what maskne is!
