Here we have two cannabi.

One featured prominently by a known saturation launderer, another recently spotted in the company of the dangerous Canopites Gang.

What do they have in common?
They are suspect

But reasonable suspicion does not an arrest make! (on the books anyway)

Community patroller @StephWKBach called this one in last weekend, and it's been troubling us so much we've been skipping fourth AND fifth donut break.

You see, Commissioner @eamoncyr pulled our warrant (before being thrown into jail himself; contempt in court).

What happened??

Think back to yesterday's training video; we've been running that tape since the 70s but it's still gold (and we spent all our budget on tasers so it's not getting replaced)

A dark alley and frayed nerves can make even a lowly piece of larf look criminally deviant!

As we can see, this "crook" is nothing but a collection of scary looking shadows, accented by a perfectly legal contrast bump.

Arresting this bud would be fun but unconstitutional.

As for our suspect... investigation is still underway. @HIGH_TIMES_Mag unreachable for comment.
