Boruto and Sarada have one of the best bonds in the franchise. But since more people tend to talk about the 'shipping' aspect of their relationship, it tends to go unnoticed how deep and well built their bond is. There's been so much development. +
#Boruto #Sarada
The development that Boruto and Sarada's bond has gone through happened so gradually that it feels natural. They started off on the wrong foot and they have their occasionally bouts, but you know that they'll always be there for each other. +
We can see this in arcs like the Kara Actuation arc. In front of everyone else, both Boruto and Sarada were able to put up a confident act, but when it was just the two of them, they let out their insecurities and true feelings of helplessness. +
It's interesting because Boruto and Sarada have a history of this kind of mutual understanding. Even during the academy, when they constantly reiterated how they were "at odds" with each one another, they were still be able to let themselves feel vulnerable around each other. +
In turn, they give each other the strength and determination to work harder. This helps them become stronger together and succeed. +
And they're gonna need more of that strength to achieve their collinear goals. Sarada wants to become the Hokage and Boruto wants to become a ninja that supports the Hokage and the shinobi world from within the shadows. +
Fun fact: The scene with Boruto and Sarada on the Hokage mountain after the Chunin exams was one of the first scenes that Kishimoto drafted. +
Aside from the beautiful contrast that their characters create for each other, Boruto and Sarada are incredibly entertaining on screen together. +
It's incredible how multifaceted their bond is. Boruto and Sarada could be sitting down to talk over some tea, and either spill all their secrets or start a fist fight. +
It's also nice to see how the two of them care about each other so much. At any moment, they're prepared to save the other and get them out of harms way. +
Boruto and Sarada's character interactions are so realistic, and they're definitely some of my favorites in the show.
