i just finished working out. i started at 2am. i am now ready to sleep but then i realized nakakapagod na maging depressed and now im depressing over being depressed and tired hahahaha
two days ago, i uploaded a photo and i did not expect people would be sending me messages asking for tips how to lose weight. oc, being polite na lang, i told them what i think would make them help lose weight in a healthy way.
kasi ang hirap mag open up sa tao. hindi ko alam pano sabihin na nagbago weight ko kasi ive been killing myself sa workout and hindi tama ang pagkain ko and halos hindi na ako nakakatulog. id delete this thread later probably. sobrang pagod lang ako i need to vent out.
