Arsène Wenger leaves Arsenal and in almost exactly 3 years, Arsenal drop out of contention of any European football in a quarter of a century. I'm not saying anything but I hope the people who hounded out this club's greatest ever manager are happy and satisfied now.

Btw, that's 25 years where Arsenal were managed by Arsène Wenger for 22 and the other three were the ones where we hurtled out of competition of any European spot. Calculate for yourself the galactic responsibility that Mr Wenger carried on his shoulders in the banter era.

The worst Arsenal of all time under Arsène Wenger smashed everyone they could at home and garnered a home points hall that was second only to City. People really flew banners to hurt him, sang death to him and insulted him in his presence at the stadium he built for them. Bruv.

Here's my idea on Wenger in hindsight
Wenger goes in 2014/2017/2019 at the end of contracts, board announces no renewal and goes and does proper planning to replace him: Okay.
Wenger goes because board caved in to idiots: not okay.
