I swear I just need to give up on Politics and Discourse. What even is the point

I’ve been fixated on ethics, morality, social outcomes since I was a kid. To what end? Working in Dem party politics for a bunch of grifters when I was younger? Being mad constantly at the state of the world while unable to alter its course? Argument, burned bridges?

There’s really nothing I can do to push this society in the direction it needs to go. It’s probably best to just wait for a revolutionary opportunity to present itself and participate then, but until then just try to spend as much time as possible touching grass

Lord knows nothing good has ever come of my efforts to do otherwise. Just yelling into the abyss.
