#3, Track changes is SO visually distracting — google docs allows you to edit freely while leaving a digital trail of all of your edits
#4, I travel with a different computer than the one I work on, and I want colleagues to be able to collaborate on projects that have lots of living spreadsheets and documents. You want me to upload all the files I'll need BEFORE EACH TRIP!?
