#nufctakeover A fucking saga

Arbitration, Tribunals, Taxes, Art, Food - it& #39;s got it all

I& #39;m not going to do a massive thread tonight but:

Is arbitration concluded?
We don& #39;t know yet but it should be soon (end of May (ish)

Is this tribunal good for the takeover?
Possibly

/1
Why?
Because arbitration:
- isn& #39;t finished;
- ruled against us; and this is another route / attempt to takeover; OR
- ruled in our favour and MA wants his pound of flesh

Confident?
Yes. I& #39;ve been banging on about what arbitration timelines might look like

and acknowledged the work of @NCSL1892 on the anti-competition side of things. A lot of research went into both and making some judgements on that and other things (the judgement, developing a timeline of public info etc) to say I& #39;m invested is an understatement.

In March I predicted that sooner or later the AC case would come into play.

Why?
Mike& #39;s a gambler. He likes £. He& #39;s playing the odds i.e.:

Arbitration rules in favour. Play AC card = pathway to £££ through sale and compensation as have an argument showing PL were wrong!

/4
Arbitration rules against. Play AC card = possible route to takeover OR losses are increased - loss of sale money, interest, inability to invest in squad (even MORE money if we get relegated - hence reluctance to get rid of Bruce)

/5
I& #39;m not saying I& #39;m right (and deffo not ITK) but I do like to research and have said consistently, based on publicly available information indicative timelines and theories which are being played out.

What about HMRC?
Fuck knows but it can& #39;t be bad can it?

/6
Only two things worry me...

@nickdemarco_ stopped posting pictures in black and white and there& #39;s been no bread for while.

What do you reckon percent wise?
80/10/10 - #IYKYK

Fucking hell George - aye
