It’s great that broadband is getting the attention it deserves right now, but it’s long overdue. Honestly, it’s time to think differently. It’s time to think… dare we say, more human? Mohuman’s approach is distinct because it’s people-powered. (3/9)
Our independence gives the communities we serve a voice, instead of monopolizing the market and leaving low-income residents with fewer ways to connect. We’ve built our own innovative community solution that offers an alternative to the millions of people the technology (4/9)
companies and internet service providers have left behind. Through a promising new model that weaves non-profits, universities, social good companies, and communities together, we’ve created new technology that delivers high-speed internet through a community mesh network. (5/9)
But we're not stopping there. Project Rise Up is launching in the San Diego Promise Zone & aims to bring high speed internet to up to 3,000 people within the next twelve months. By 2025, mohuman plans to scale its project to all 22 regions designated as Promise Zones. (6/9)
Still, we know that digital equity and more importantly #DigitalResilience goes deeper than that. That’s why we’re also deploying a new digital platform called moDAT that provides economic empowerment opportunities for families and businesses in the SD Promise Zone. (7/9)
