(SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY)

Mannn I've been going on a Set It Off nostalgia trip for the past week, and let me tell you that the serotonin has been real. I've been relistening to their discography, rewatching their YouTube videos, even started watching Cody and Maxx on twitch. (1/?)
The boys and their music have had such a big impact on me, both on my music tastes and on my childhood (that sounds cheezy as hell but it's the truth HDJGKSK). I've been listening to their stuff for over 5 years now and I was never more hyped for an album than when Midnight (2/?)
came out. Everyone was so damn hyped and you could feel it, even across different timezones.
I remember waking up on a school day, it was a Friday when Midnight came out. I saw the album for the first time on my phone while having breakfast, and I remember being so excited (3/?)
all day just to get home and listen to Midnight for the first time. And by god, it did NOT disappoint.

As I'm writing this, it's currently Wednesday. By the time this thread would've come out, it would be Friday, which is when SIO would've released the reimagined cover of (4/?)
Killer In The Mirror. Rn I don't know how it sounds, but I can already tell it's gonna be dope as hell.

In 2019, we had Midnight; in 2021 we have Midnight: The Final Chapter. Has it really been two years?

Ok just to wrap this up, what I'm trying to say is that I'm really (5/?)
proud of the boys. I always have been, and always will be. What they're doing with the music they make is absolutely incredible. If they managed to become preteen me's favorite band that introduced them to the world of rock, who the hell knows what they'll do next? (6/6)
