After days of efforts, I got appointment for vaccination tomorrow at Chunabhatti Center.

All of a sudden I have received a message at 11:30 that the appointment has been cancelled.

However, on checking online all slots were booked 100%. Of course, the slot has been given to someone else. Does BMC value some lives more than others? Why selective bias?

How can BMC cancel appointment at last minute when it took days to get one?

Is the system rigged?

Further, am not getting OTP for registering for slots that have been opened at Tardeo.
