I will bring this back because I super duper miss these people. They made my JHS life great in all aspects.

I miss our routine. I miss our bonding. I miss the passion that was once burning in each and every one of us. I miss the thrill of learning a new piece.

I miss the feeling of standing in the semicircle, feeling the vibrations and oscillations of our harmony. I miss the feeling of staggered breathing, the connection that it brings. I miss the sensation of singing our "buga" parts.
I miss hearing the applause, the compliments. I miss hearing "ang galing-galing niyo", "napaiyak niyo ko sa performance niyo", "kinilabutan ako grabe"
I miss Sir Radie& #39;s reminders before the performance. I miss his talaks whenever we mess up.
I miss our rehearsals. Rigorous is understatement. Whenever we rehearse, it& #39;s as if we& #39;re preparing for a competition.
I miss our anticipation for Sir Radie& #39;s conducting. His cut-offs, his "mas mapuso" gesture, his "come on, louder" sign, his "putanginaniyo" whenever we forget the lyrics.
The enjoyment on Sir Radie& #39;s face whenever he makes us sustain a damn high note (he always says that "yan lang ang paraan ko para makaganti sa inyo)
The members& #39; fulfillment whenever Sir Radie bows with us after a performance
For those of you who don& #39;t know this^

Sir Radie will only bow with the choir if...

1. He& #39;s happy with our performance
2. He& #39;s proud of our performance

There are moments that he& #39;ll only motion the choir to bow and he& #39;ll just stay standing... That means, he& #39;s not happy
*cont^

We treat sir Radie& #39;s bow as a reward. It& #39;s okay for us if we don& #39;t have something to eat after the performance. If Sir Radie bows with us, we& #39;re fulfilled. It& #39;s an assurance that we did great.

And FYI our last performances, he always bows, imagine the joy in that hahah.
I miss singing with KDP tbh. I don& #39;t think I can even sing the pieces that we are used to sing.
Ending this thread by a quote/reminder that Sir Radie always says.

"In order to excel, you must treat your craft very dear to you. Treat it like an oxygen that you cannot live without it."

And for a long time, I know that each member of KDP viewed singing as their life.
Rest In Peace our dear Sir Radiehttps://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="💖" title="Funkelndes Herz" aria-label="Emoji: Funkelndes Herz">
