10. Oshimi Shuzo:
he specialises in psychological and coming of age manga, his best works are aku no Hana and Chi no wadachi

9. Tatsuki Fujimoto:
he specialises in shonen with lots of violence and dark humor his best works are fire punch and chainsaw man.

8. Kentaro Miura, the creator of berserk not much else I can say

7. Yoshihiro Togashi:
Made two top ten shonen of all time

6. Sakamoto Shinichi:
some of the best art in all of manga. Works include the climber and innocent/innocent rouge

5. Hirohiko Araki
one of the most creative of all time.

4. Naoki Urasawa:
the psychological thriller and mystery goat.

3. Eiichiro Oda:
Literally made the greatest story ever told

2. Inio Asano
he made Oyasumi Punpun, solanin, downfall, girl on the shore and dead dead demons de destruction

1. Takehiko inoue:
The greatest, no one else has three top 10 manga that are completely different on their CV while maintaining amazing art
