2- First, Noorchashm is a big fan of the vaccine, believes their development was incredible (equivalent to putting a man on Mars), and has himself been vaccinated.

It was clear in the interview he knew well the signficant NIH scientists (e.g. Dr Woodcock, Dr Fauci, etc).
3- That covered, Noorchashm's issues with the roll-out, broadly are:

-We did efficacy trials, not safety trials, so we don't yet know potential long-term or condition specific safety issues
-The vaccine is not for everyone, e.g. people who already had COVID
4- Regarding safety, Noorchashm basically states we're sacrificing a small minority (people adversely impacted by the vaccine) for a larger minority (people who may die or suffer permanent impairment from COVID).

This, he argues, is wrong (and violates medical code of ethics).
5- The problem is (paraphrasing) we're choosing "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few" approach to get needles in arms, & he believes this is a flaw (and has written several letters to NIH, FDA, etc. regarding this).
6- Regarding people who had COVID, he covers how this population is at even more risk because the vaccine will trigger an acquired immune response that will cause your immune system to attack prior viral fragments still in your system.
7- Noorchashm notes that to do this right, we should have required a serology test prior to a vaccination, to determine if a person already had effective antibodies. But we didn't.
8- Noorchashm states he believes many public health officials don't have faith that American people will grasp and understand these points, ergo the mass PR / coercion campaign. He strongly disagrees with that view.
9- Noorchashm is vehemently against "vaccine passports", and stated that if are to have such a thing, they should be "immunity passports" and should accommodate people who acquired natural immunity.
10- Noorchashm was very critical of current safety surveillance. His comment was "you can't see what you're not looking for".

He doesn't believe NIH, CDC, FDA, etc are aggressive enough with assuming any adverse effect is vaccine related & aggressively investigating.
10- Finally, his personal story is interesting. His wife - Amy Reed - died of a cancer caused by a medical procedure that (it turned out) affected roughly 1 in 350 women. He subsequently made it his mission to look for and speak out on similar situations.
11- One last note, Noorchashm stated his politics leaned Left. To him this isn't a partisan issues, it's an ethical issue.
