Some people, when logging onto the Government& #39;s View and Prove website, are seeing this message "We cannot find your current status in this service. This is probably because your application is still in progress".
This could ACTUALLY mean your application wasn& #39;t fully submitted.

This can happen if you& #39;ve done the ID part on the iPhone/Android app, but not fully submitted the application on the Government& #39;s website.
Or perhaps you did submit it but the Government needed more information about your identity.
