Lugogo Stadium also known as Lugogo Cricket Oval, is a cricket ground in Kampala, Uganda. The first recorded match held on the ground was in 1957 when Kenya Asians played Sunder Cricket Club.

That same year, Uganda first used it when the national team played Sunder Cricket Club.
The ground held its inaugural first-class match when an East African Invitation XI played the touring Marylebone Cricket Club in 1963. @MCCOfficial

Another first-class match followed in 1967 when a combined East Africa team played the touring Indians.
