@Uber_Support I have been double charged for all of my orders after looking through my transactions through American Express. I just started using the app and didn& #39;t realize it. Even my order yesterday was canceled and I was still charged for it!
Luckily the money for 3 of these charges are on hold and I pray to god the money is put back on my account. I can& #39;t even tell if the money from the 2 to 3 orders before was put back on and the App offers NO HELP!
There is $100+ on hold status that I can& #39;t access and uptown an additional 100+ presumed taken cause of double charges!
