Legendary % is the only percentage that doesn't seem to have a maximum value and can keep getting higher the more boxes you open.

The max chance for:
Mythic is about 0.27%
Epic is about 0.58%

We don't know what's the max for Rare and Super Rare

Whenever you open the equivalent of 30 Boxes, your Legendary % Increase by 0.0048%

Getting Brawlers from Boxes will Decrease the Legendary % according to the rarity:

0.0048%/ Rare
0.0096%/ Super Rare
0.0144%/ Epic & Chromatic
0.024%/ Mythic
0.048%/ Legendary

Example: If you open Squeak (coming May 21st), you'll lose 0.024% of your Legendary %

To get back the % that you've lost when opening Brawlers from Boxes, you'd need to open:

30 Boxes/ Rare
60 Boxes/ Super Rare
90 Boxes/ Epic & Chromatic
150 Boxes/ Mythic
300 Boxes/ Legendary

We don't know the maximum percentage for Rares and Super Rares because we haven't had a Rare/Super Rare Brawlers since the display of the chances were updated to block out other stats to be 0%
