Our lawsuit challenges the following provisions in #SB90:

New ID requirements for vote-by-mail (VBM) ballots
New restrictions on VBM
Limitations on when, where, and how drop boxes can be used
Criminalization of offering free food and water to voters in line.

Let’s be absolutely clear: S.B.90 is an attack on Floridians’ voting rights — especially Black voters, Latinx voters, and voters with disabilities. It adds barriers to EVERY stage of the vote by mail process. It cannot stand. And we won’t let it.
