It's my second time going through @jackbutcher's Build Once, Sell Twice course.
It's a treasure trove of wisdom.
Here's 9 lessons I learned that you can use to rapidly build an audience from scratch:
It's a treasure trove of wisdom.
Here's 9 lessons I learned that you can use to rapidly build an audience from scratch:

1) First, realize we are living in a new economy.
We need new strategies and concepts in order to navigate it.
Don't let old beliefs block you from being effective.
What works for getting noticed is being redefined daily.
Get comfortable with that. https://twitter.com/jackbutcher/status/1387781346454605825?s=20

2) You're only as good as your ideas and your ability to communicate them.
Think in terms of productizing yourself as a WHOLE:
• what you know
• your expertise
• your experience
• your journey
• your personality
The sum is greater than the parts. https://twitter.com/jackbutcher/status/1321096801571819527?s=20

3) Zero Replication Cost (ZRC) gives you unlimited leverage.
Your capacity to sell is only constrained by your audience size.
Writing, Design, Audio, Video, Software, Data are all ZRC conduits for your specific knowledge https://twitter.com/naval/status/1110947894364762113?s=20

4) Work on your value proposition until it's valuable
The question isn't scale. You can scale infinitely practically for free.
The question is whether your value proposition is valuable and whether you can figure out how to get distribution for it.

5) Work on what you love until it becomes your brand.
You may love X, but have no expertise on X.
Fine, sell your trajectory then. Build in public. People buy who you're becoming.
What you love to work on and desire to be good at becomes your brand. https://twitter.com/jackbutcher/status/1320466003474685952?s=20

6) Become a master of helping
Ingrain this on your brain right now:
"Share something that helps your audience live more valuable lives"
That's what Jack has done with VV. This philosophy applies to every niche.
Make it a practice to help and you'll be fine.

7) Your content is a magnet
Here's how the process works:
• Publish content you love
• Let it attract others who love it too
• Iterate, attract more
• Sell products
• Use money to buy back your time https://twitter.com/jackbutcher/status/1251504626450550786?s=20

8) Productize a point of view
Here's another way to think about it
We are all attracted to mindsets, points of view and different ways of life
If it's attractive to you, it's attractive to others
Build a reputation around that point of view
Attract https://twitter.com/jackbutcher/status/1270349758629130241?s=20

9) How to practice:
• Interact with your audience daily
• Find a deliverable you love creating and they love consuming
• Figure out how growth works on your platform
• Learn from your audience
• Solve a pain point or help them achieve an aspiration https://twitter.com/jackbutcher/status/1294271269920268288?s=20
