This may result in many art courses closing down as they will not be able to offer quality teaching on such a dramatically reduced budget.

A policy like this will also likely disproportionately affect working class artists who already face significant barriers to entry than more affluent students who may have better networking opportunities outside of HE.
It also will massively affect BAME students especially with the loss of London Weighted funding! There’s so many ramifications - I’m dropping some links below here in this thread
