Two main features of checklist algorithm

1.) Offload the cognitive load from the brain.

2.) Make sure that you do all steps of the process.
There& #39;s a reason that the surgeons have the checklists to check at the end of the surgery if everything was taken out of the patient.

Checklists crucial when strength training gym.

If you have many sets to do of a very hard exercise you need to check them off.

If you don& #39;t record this variable correctly, you could ruin the workout, and not achieve the desired training effect.
