Okay I'm gonna make a thread of low calorie accessible foods for anyone who's living in the Philippines and wants to go on a diet/ wants to live healthily

Nestle Jelly Strawberry Yogurt and 0% fat Strawberry Yogurt
60 calories each. Provides you with preferrable calcium for the day. I prefer 0% as it has more protein and less sugar!

The OG Skyflakes! Both the original and Oat Fiber version are 120 kcals per packet. Might seem a lot but these are almost sugar free and have enough fats to keep you full for a single packet! Great if you are outside and needing to have a snack.
Quaker Oats Instant Chocolate Oatmeal
1 packet (33g) is 135 calories, I add a tablespoon of cocoa powder and sweetener to mine and OMFG... it literally tastes and feels like Brownie Batter, you SHOULD try it its so good as a breakfast staple tbh

Almond Milk
I use the Kirkland Brand but Blue Diamond is more accessible and they are the same calorie-wise. Please add some sweetener or some cocoa powder if you drink this because it will not taste good plain lmao.
