English is not that actress's strength, so obviously terms like this confuse her, but for the benefit of Neil, "sexual harassment" isn't just about sex. Any unwanted romantic/physical attention is termed sexual harassment. That's the correct phrase. #GhumHaiKisikeyPyaarMeiin
When a character - who's made it clear that her intentions and expectations with regard to Virat are explicitly NOT platonic is asked by him to leave multiple times and whose physical attentions he rejects - refuses to comply? That IS sexual harassment. #GhumHaiKisikeyPyaarMeiin
If this character were a man behaving this way with a woman, nobody would be even having this conversation because EVERYBODY would be (rightly) disturbed by that behaviour. It doesn't suddenly become debatable because the offender in question is a woman. #GhumHaiKisikeyPyaarMeiin
Does anyone think all workplace sexual harassment cases are specifically about sex or physical harassment? They're not. Trying to romantically pursue someone or force your romantic feelings on someone after they've said no will also land you in trouble. #GhumHaiKisikeyPyaarMeiin
I personally think Neil is a sensible, mature, and reasonable dude who understands constructive criticism. I don't veiw him as having any callous disregard for fans. I don't think he clearly understood the phrase being used and reacted on reflex. #GhumHaiKisikeyPyaarMeiin
